Cancellation Policy
A 50% booking fee is required on all appointments. Booking fee to be paid when appointment is booked.
As a courtesy to clients on my waiting list I kindly ask you to give at least 24hrs notice for any amendments or cancellations of your booking. Your deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee for less than 24hrs notice.
The booking fee is non refundable, however, in the event you need to cancel, the booking fee can be applied towards future treatments.
