I am originally from Birmingham, a qualified teacher and worked in education for over 10 years, culminating in being an Assistant Headteacher. A career change was initiated partly by the birth of my 2 children and Eye Emphasis was born!
I pride myself on being friendly, personable and well educated. I aim to make you feel comfortable and informed whether you've had treatments before or not. I have honed my skills with industry leading trainers and have updated my degree in science (BSc), with my level 3 anatomy & physiology diploma . I am well qualified in the specific biology of the face & body and follow industry best practices for all treatments offered

How did Eye Emphasis start?
Eye Emphasis is the culmination of many years of reassessing life and what I wanted for my family. I worked for over 10 years as a secondary teacher and ultimately an Assistant Headteacher. Having reached this pinnacle point in my teaching career I realised that this wasn't fulfilling me, wasn't practical and wasn't ultimately what I wanted for my family. Over the years, like many, I have really changed my perspective on life, work and what success is.
Setting up Eye Emphasis to provide eyelash extensions and a range of aesthetic treatments in Marlow is something I am incredibly passionate about.

I believe in enhancing your natural beauty with subtle yet stunning results. People should feel beautiful even bare faced. Initially I trained with Eyelash Emporium in eyelash extensions, lash lifts and brows. Having always strived to further myself and my knowledge I decided that a natural step was to train in aesthetics with industry leading providers. I pride myself in understanding the science behind aesthetics and how the human body works. Having a Batchelor of Science degree (BSc) gave me a different route into the aesthetic beauty world.
Many of my clients return week after week, month after month. I am able to become a friend and confidant, not just their lash tech and aesthetic practitioner .
